We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. All refunds will be issued as credit towards future rental. No expiration on credit.
Yes of course. Simply call us at least 30 minutes BEFORE your scheduled pick up time and we will make arrangements as you wish. * If you decide to keep rental overnight, we ask that you temporarily shut off automatic sprinklers if any.
Yes we can. We can also provide you with a generator with enough gas to last the duration of your event. Generator rentals are available for an additional fee.

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekends and holidays. Last-minute bookings? Just ask—we’ll do our best!

Yes, for safety. Most bounce houses have a weight limit of 1,000 lbs and are designed for kids ages 3–12. Adult-sized options are available!

Most inflatables need a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet. Generators are available for rent at outdoor venues.
