How much is delivery?

It depends on delivery location. Fees typically range from $10 up to $60.

What is the refund policy?

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. All refunds will be issued as credit towards future rental. No expiration on credit.

Can reservations be extended if needed after delivery?

Yes of course. Simply call us at least 30 minutes BEFORE your scheduled pick up time and we will make arrangements as you wish. * If you decide to keep rental overnight, we ask that you temporarily shut off automatic sprinklers if any.

Are you able to set up at public parks?

Yes we can. We can also provide you with a generator with enough gas to last the duration of your event. Generator rentals are available for an additional fee.

Our inventory includes:

Are your bounce houses clean and safe?

Absolutely! Every item is sanitized, inspected, and repaired before delivery. We follow strict safety protocols and use commercial-grade equipment. All jumper rentals are anchored via metal stakes or sand bags to secure them from unnecessary movement.

Do you offer setup and takedown?

Yes! We handle full delivery, setup, and pickup so you can relax and enjoy your event.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekends and holidays. Last-minute bookings? Just ask—we’ll do our best!

What’s your delivery area?

We serve all of Solano County and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary based on location—contact us for a quote!

Are there age/weight limits for bounce houses?

Yes, for safety. Most bounce houses have a weight limit of 1,000 lbs and are designed for kids ages 3–12. Adult-sized options are available!

Do I need a permit for inflatables?

Requirements vary by city. We’ll help you navigate local regulations and provide insurance documentation if needed.

What power sources are required?

Most inflatables need a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet. Generators are available for rent at outdoor venues.

What’s included in the rental fee?

Your rental includes delivery, setup, pickup, and a free 1-hour extension if your event runs long (subject to availability).

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or large events?

Yes! Ask us about special rates for schools, churches, and multi-day rentals.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cryptocurrencies and Venmo. A 25% deposit secures your booking.
